سلام خانم دكتر من ٣٧ ساله و متأهل هستم. جواب سونوگرافي براتون مي نويسم خواهش مي كنم نظرتون بگين. آيا من در شرف يائسگي زود رس هستم ؟ آيا اين كيستها احتياج به درمان داره ؟ براي حاملگي مشكلي ندارم ؟ Findings : the uterus measures approximately 7.8 cm*4.8cm*3.9cm without focal myometrial lesion. There is nonspecific diffuse heterogeneity in the uterine myometrium. The endometrial echo complex measures up to 11 mm in thickness without focal irregularity noted. The right ovary measures 4.5 cm *2.6 cm * 2.5 cm. a few simple cysts are seen within the right ovary with the largest measuring up to 1.8 cm in size. The left ovary measures 3.1 cm * 2.6 cm * 2.2cm. A lobular simple cysts measuring up to 2.6 cm in size is seen within the left ovary. A few additional subcentimeter cysts are seen in the left ovary. Color Doppler flow is seen within the ovaries bilaterally . 1:nonspecific diffuse heterogeneity of the myometrium without focal myometrial lesion noted 2: endometrial echo complex normal in thickness for premenopausal state. 3: simple cysts within the ovaries bilaterally as described above which are almost certainly benign.or premenopausal state. 3: simple cysts within the ovaries bilaterally as described above which are almost certainly benign.
